Deschutes River Adventures has been locally owned and operated since 1981, and offer whitewater rafting trips for all levels on the Lower Deschutes River in Maupin, Oregon! We were the first and longest running rafting company on the Deschutes River in Maupin. We have safe, highly-trained guides who are passionate about river safety and love to raft. We rented a ‘14 raft from Deschutes River Adventures and had them haul it down to harpham flat and then pick it up at sandy beach. They were very helpful and a pleasure to work with from reserving the raft to the day we arrived in Maupin to raft the river. Looking forward to the next rafting trip in Maupin!

OUR GUIDED TRIPS ON THE DESCHUTES RIVER
Our most popular trip and the best bang for your buck! Experience the thrill of Deschutes whitewater with a super fun 3 hour raft trip. We'll go through 13-miles of class III-IV rapids in about 3 - 3.5 hours. Half-day trips launch at 9 am and 1:30 pm every day. This trip is a great option for big groups and families. Your professional and highly trained river guide will give you the type of trip you're looking for. We need at least 4 people minimum for this trip. We may be able to combine smaller groups, just ask. Choose the half-day, you won’t be disappointed!

FULL DAY
A great option for all excitement levels, the 13-mile trip with a bbq lunch takes about 5.5 hours from check-in to arrival back at our shop. We take care of all transportation, equipment, guides, photos and a delicious bbq lunch. Check-in time for this trip is at 10:30 a.m. Stop mid-trip for a short hike up White River to swim in natural rock slides or pull into Pirate's Cove to jump 12 feet into the calm, deep water. Your guide will ensure your group gets the level of adventure you want.

2-5 DAY OVERNIGHT
We'll take you on the most remote parts of the Wild and Scenic Deschutes River for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. We'll take care of all the logistics, gear, food and fun and you just show up to our shop with a sleeping bag, a good book and maybe a fishing gear. We'll launch from Trout Creek or Warm Springs and float 45 miles into Maupin, stopping at designated campsites along the way. We'll feed you delicious meals and take you to our favorite secret swimming spots. There are opportunities to hike, explore and escape cell service.
